10 questions to define your content strategy

I shall start by asking you as client 10 simple questions that will help you to define your content strategy. You may conduct the exercise on your own and put down answers on a piece of paper, which will enhance your SEO strategy. 
1.    Where do you personally go to get information on clients, competitors and complementary services?
2.    Which of the information services are most relevant to your niche? (for example, local newspaper, Business Digest, medical journal, Financial magazines)
3.    What are the most common questions that you or your team members ask/ are asked when you are dealing with key clients?
4.    Are there any off-beat cases worth remembering?
5.    What non-business data do you put up at your business office/ venue?
6.    Which websites do you consider authoritative or relevant in terms of customer information?
7.    Which blogs, podcasts, TV/ radio shows, papers and magazines do you regularly follow since they are important to your business domain or niche?
8.    Which members of your team (comprising yourself) can write passable and readable paragraph, at least 3-4 that can summarize any information?
9.    Are you willing to dedicate some time every day with you team member to develop copy/ content?
10.    What is it missing from your website in terms of content, you believe?
