It is time for the smaller companies to ride high as search engine giants Google, Yahoo and Bing are looking forward to attract smaller businesses to their platforms by demystifying PPC advertising and search engine marketing.

The search engine market is just too big and is set to reach a whooping $17 million by next year, as  per the report from eMarketer. The big players of the search engine are now looking for small businesses as revenue generators.

Search engines have already started making the process easier for the small enterprises. Consider AdWords Express, a recent release by Google sees PPC ad campaigns of local businesses managed by Google.

Loyalty programs are the most adopted of the techniques. For example, Microsoft has launched its own version, wherein, advertisers are encouraged for switching over to Bing AdCenter, a platform  supporting both Bing and Yahoo ads.

The opportunity works not just for both the businesses and search engines, it also opens up a wide spectrum for better consumer experience.
