Triple Threat – Facebook vs. Twitter vs. Google
Things just got bigger in the social media world!
Social networking greats Facebook and Twitter were already at loggerheads vying to get users attention online. According to a recent poll pertaining to social networking, Facebook reportedly sped past with 48% in response to Twitters 40%.
Both these social networking sites repeatedly devise strategies to get one-up on each other. Well, there’s news for them. Google has just joined the social media bandwagon with its new initiative called ‘Google Buzz’ a week back. Google plans to work out this site to be on par with Facebook. This latest launch is a definite taunt Facebook and Twitter to bring their game to the field.
As the scope of social media has just raised the bar, it was inevitably natural for Google to board this ship. Users will take time to adapt to the new applications of Google Buzz. Nevertheless, it will all unfold in the future.
With another player in the ring, I wonder who will take the social media title this time.
